The 42-story new, luxury condo and 4-star hotel development will transform a 1.4 acre parking lot into an iconic glass-and-steel landmark. The project brings to fruition the idea of resort-style living. It is expected to be the largest single building on the coast between Los Angeles and San Francisco.

The project includes: an upscale 8-story hotel, with 450 sf rooms and suites ranging from 750 to 1000 sf; a cafe and market; conference rooms; a grand “Sky Lobby” with a restaurant and bar; and 32 stories of condominiums above the hotel. Residents will be able to take advantage of the hotel amenities, such as valet parking, concierge service, limousines to the airport and room service. The open-design of the ground floor allows for circulation to flow from indoor to outdoor spaces, it evokes the feeling of transparency and accessibility to the community. Additionally, there is a communal rooftop pool and ocean views for all condominium dwellers.

Elements of sustainable design have been integrated into the design of the building. The tower was designed to maximize density, including below-grade parking, to lessen the impact on this coastal site and the surrounding agricultural community. Other sustainable features include: sun shades, a wind chimney to provide natural ventilation, double-glazed skin, and the use of recycled concrete for construction.
