Santa Monica, CA

This 55,000 square foot facility for the Department of Water and Power (DWP) contains administrative offices, an auditorium assembly space and a warehouse. The various program components are expressed in the massing of the building. The exterior of the facility has been developed with economical and durable materials appropriate for the industrial character of the program and site. This building has received numerous design awards.
